Detailed requirements

I need a set of 3 banners (624x278) for the new home page of my company's website (still a WIP). They should be impactful and aggressive but yet kind of elegant.
I'm attaching my original vision (not written in stone) and some graphic references. Any text suggestion is welcome. The image I included for the 'No BS' version was taken from Google images... I'm open to explore other ways.
