CREATIVE, FUN, REALISTIC AND ENERGETIC CARICATURES NEEDED FOR BIG JOB - WE NEED YOUR WINNING DESIGN!

Detailed requirements

Need life-like caricatures drawn of the two women in the attached 'yummy food' photo. Need them in web-ready print with transparent background in .png, psd and jpeg format.

The lady on the left is to have red hair although it looks brown. (See red-hair-color-real-life.jpg for sample.) Give her more waves and curls like sample shown with varying shades of red.

The lady on the right has blonde hair. I'd like a smoother face and less wrinkles. Wavy hair as well.

I am mostly concerned with the REALISM in their faces and ENERGY they exude. This should be fun and happy with great 'cute' factor. This is important!! I want the coloring of the faces to blend in with the rest of the body's skin tones. (See sample caricatures.)

I like the style of the bird of paradise shirt but not the colors of that particular shirt. See tropical color sample image for color palette. I am open for suggestions regarding the shirt, colors and style of them so there is room for additional creativity there. They both can have khaki colored (tan) capri pants on.

This is for a tropical scene and the women will be behind a tiki bar - but don't draw the tiki bar. I will need full length caricature which can be cropped where I need it in order for it to fit behind the tiki bar. Again, the background needs to be transparent and in png, psd and jpeg format.

Both ladies can be holding tropical drinks (with pineapple slice, straw, umbrella and flower). Have the red haired lady to hold a pineapple drink (like sample) and the blonde haired lady to hold the coconut drink. Both, with the orchid flowers.

My bottom line is that I'm offering this contest to find a talented artist who may be commissioned to draw many (dozens) of caricatures for us asap with potential for on-going work after that. So, it's not just a one-time shot at winning a contest. If that's all you're looking for, please don't compete because we're really looking for someone to do many caricatures after

Further requirements

I need all original work. No copyrighted works. I also will not allow artists to copy other artists work. If this happens, I will reject the person doing the copying and all of their entries. This is only fair to everyone involved.

The winner will be required to draw 4 other caricatures as part of this contest, forfeit all copyrights and sign a non-disclosure agreement.

I will make comments along the way so you can further hone in on what I'm looking for and how you may be able to achieve that.
