Who we are:
We are a team of Exercise Scientists, Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainers, Health Coaches with more than 15 years experience in the industry (supported by qualified Nutritionists and Dieticians) providing healthy, nutritious meals.
A full range of meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are provided in an easy to transport package that can be simply reheated (when required) and eaten at home, at work or on the run.
Product:
Homemade (with a whole lot of love) nutritious, healthy, well balanced meals. Our products, whilst really nutritious do not follow or promote any specific ‘diet’ or ‘program’. We do however follow the basics of good health; Lots of veg, 2 serves or fruit per day, low GI carbs, good fats and plenty of protein from wholefoods. Our product will be available to anyone within our delivery area (South Eastern & Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne) via online sales.
Target Market:
Men aged 25 to 50 (women to a lesser extent) with an interest in health, wellness & fitness
Design, Branding & Colour Inspiration:
It’s really important that the branding appeals to Men primarily but does not exclude the potential female purchaser.
We would prefer that NO images of men/women or exercise equipment appears on the branding.
The branding should convey an image of “Fresh”, “Healthy”, “Modern”, “Fun”, “Delicious”, “Easy”, “Home Made”, “Nutritious”
