Graphic Design for Design a Mermaid Pool Toy for Hugh Heffners swimming pool.

Hi there freelancers, Hope you guys are well!

I would like a pool toy designed that is large enough to carry two people.. and it has to be stylish, chic, and fun.. not cheap and revolting like most pool toys.

Imagine that it is a feature in a swimming pool at a wedding that is "under the sea" themed at Hugh Heffners mansion.. but it has to be reasonably 'constructable' in a manufacturing sense.

I have a pool toy that is a giant swan which i think is cool and i suppose the same quality/style that I am looking for.

Detailed requirements

looking for ideas, but i suppose the pool to will be 75 inches long, (190cm) and be sort of just capable of carrying two people.

It MUST be based off the mermaid image in the attachments...
