Local Knowledge Network is a collection of information portal websites that each focus on individual local markets (US). Each site has registered users and advertisers.
The target customer base is very broad, but the "sweet spot" is males and females between the ages of 20 & 40. Smart Phone and Social Media users.
My visualization of this logo includes a "cartoony" brain with lightning bolt(s) as the illustrative portion. Submissions should not be limited to this concept. I would like to see other ideas.
The logo should evoke a sense that visiting the site is Fun and Entertaining as well as Informative.
The "Network" portion should have less emphasis than "Local Knowledge", the logo should work if the word "Network" was removed.
A 2nd version of the logo must include an "area" where the name of a specific locality may be inserted, ie: Sandpoint or Portland, etc...
You'll need to provide your design in the following file types: AI, EPS, PSD, JPG
No specific colors, but I envision bright colors.
