Business Description

This is the parent company for what will become a group of sub companies. The primary industry is property development and investment. Eventual sub companies will be Alldev Property, Alldev Consulting, Alldev Industrial, etc.

Further requirements

A major consideration for property development in the 21st Century is environmental awareness. This is not specifically an environmental design or development company, however we do uphold environental responsibility as a priority. So, perhaps greens, greys, and blues... Earth, Water, and Asphalt! I do not however want it to look like we make recycled toilet paper (i.e. no green tree frogs or Koalas).

We will be predominantly marketing to seniors with the majority of our villas and so would like to portray security, confidence, and trust if thats possible.

We are genuinely interested in building homes and not just houses for our clients, this is an investment that they will have for years; sharing with their friends, families, and forming memories for a lifetime.

I am very proud to be part of this industry and the company is owned by myself and my brother, developing land in our home region, so we cant be cutting corners.
