Personal Cartoon Character Facebook Timeline Cover

Detailed requirements

I would like a cartoon version of my self for my Facebook Timeline Cover that involves the suspension hooks seen on one of my pictures. It should resemble me so people will recognize it when see it. (So it can be seen its not just a random picture stolen from google but custom made) i have included one with the hooks and one that is a close up. (bad enough not from the front, but combining those two should give enough information about my appearence). The pose and hook count & placement may be improvised, look up "suspension" on google for more positions and hook placements or contact me for more pictures when needed. A background would be great, but is not a requirement.
