Website design for a Real Estate Portal - 1page winner will be awarded 5 more pages

Business Description

We have a design job that we need.
We have been working on a real estate site for 1 year and all the code is done now. Since we did that, all the old design is soo messed up and nobody likes it, so we need a completely redesign of the hole SMSvilla.dk

The site is about people renting our their property for free.
People who are interesting in other peoples properties can look them for free also, but if they want to contact the houseowner, they need to SMS to "1919" and then they receive a licens back to activate the advertise.

Detailed requirements

This is what we need:

Frontpage: www.smsvilla.dk

Pass: loogle123

You shall use all the features that are in frontpage. BUT don't use same setup as we already did. We want something brand new thinking.
Dont use my top header + top menu, because we dont need it.

Requirements:
1: Use own style
2: Don't use same setup as my old
3: Its must be 100% userfriendly design, so even a 5year old knows what to do
4: we dont need top menu with header
5: Map of Denmark must be there (create your own)

Only do frontpage, then we can discuss if you can continue on all other 5 layouts :-)
Do this to your best work ever, since 170.000 people need to see it afterwards.

If you have other ideas ,then do. We dont like to match our competitors sites, so we need our own way to do this..

I really like "arrows" and own fonts in logo. Like on: www.bookendvaerg.dk

Arrows are indicating and helping people "what to do".
