Our installation of ActiveCollab is having some issues getting to a loading screen. Usually its something small (under 20 min) It started happening after we updated it- that happens a lot with AC- should be well documented and easy to diagnose and fix Do a check on the server and make sure everything's correct- they have a probe tool that checks sys requirements. If any changes need to be made, let me know and I will get hosting people to change it if you cannot within WHM or cpanel.

We are running an old version of Active Collab Version:2.3.10 on a Linux server. Active Collab is an application written using PHP and MySQL database. We have FTP and cpanel access to the hosting server on which this Active Collab application is installed. The current version of PHP on this hosting server is 5.6. Current MySQL version is 5.7.35. We have the license and application download links for the latest Active Collab version 7.2.25 and also for the following Active Collab versions Version 5.15.300 Version 5.13.133 Version 4.2.23 Version 3.3.21 Our aim is to upgrade Active Collab from version 2.3.10 to version 7.2.25. We need to move a site from Plesk Onyx to Plesk Obsidian. The preparation step throws some Apache modules than need to be installed on the destination server: : aclr, actions, alias, authn_alias, authn_default, authn_file, authnz_ldap, authz_default, authz_host, authz_user, autoindex, bw, cgi, cloudflare, dir, disk_cache, env, ldap, log...python, rpaf, security2, setenvif, ssl, unique_id. And this components: mod_perl, asp and mod_python. It also recomends some plesk extensions like servershield, vpn, firewall and fileserver.
