My mailbox has been blocked by Hotmail, I need to be removed from the blacklist. My DKIM or DMARC records are already setup but I need to authenticate emails and stop emails being blacklisted.

Hotmail works perfectly on my Iphone when I key in "Mail". However on a MAC the Inbox messages won't appear as a list: instead I get a very long list of messages starting with Chinese and then Z, Y and so on backwards through the alphabet. Recent emails received can only be accessed via SEARCH. The fault appears whether Chrome or Safari is used, and on two different MACs as well as on my Iphone when I use Safari.
