Responsibilities: -Diagnose and resolve software-related issues related to our POS software, backend Drupal, PHP, and Linux environments -Document user guides/troubleshooting instructions as part of our knowledge base and collaborate with the CTO to resolve technical issues. -Continuously expand your knowledge of our POS software, backend technologies, and frontend skills and provide feedback to the product team on customer pain points and suggestions for improvement.
