We have installed Kerio control 9 it's working fine but for users that connect to servers remotely to access internet, kerio asks for login information but doesn't accept and asks again repeatedly. and the other thing is that office and lync want to connect to internet through kerio and they ask for login information repeatedly too. can you troubleshoot this problem for us? I have a piece of software that was written by an experienced developer a couple of years ago that integrates with Microsoft Lync (Skype for Business), and Dynamics CRM and pops CRM records based on incoming phone calls. He wrote a nice framework for the application with plugin architecture and all sorts. I initially wrote the basic app in C# using Microsoft UCMA, but he rewrote the application to use the native Lync API. Hi, We have a Skype for Business server (Lync) and we are using the built in functionality for response groups and queues. While our customer is waiting in queue, it call will ring until answered. It can take a few minutes, even more. This is behaviour is by design. We want to add a option each x number of minutes that says: "push 1 to leave a message or press 2 or hold to stay in queue". Also, we would like to add the option to call back (maybe press 3 or something).If call back is selected, the client can hang up and will automatically be called back when its their turn.
