I need a very simple ipad app. It should have a button. When pressed a video which is on the ios file system should play (Does not need to stream). You can include a sample mp4 in the project. The video should play not in full screen but some portion of the ipad screen. The rules that need to be coded for the player are as follows: If the user fast forwards (Seeks forward by moving the little ball) and if the amount they seek forward is more than 30 seconds for the player to prevent that seek forward and bring it to where it was originally. If they fast forward but are not going more than 30 seconds forward then the player should allow that and let the fast forward to take place. That's it.
