Greetings.I am looking for a custom built phpBB 2.0.8 skin that matches my website vietlibrary.com. Currently, there are two styles of skins out there that I really like, you can check them out to have an idea what I am looking for. One is from conguan.com/forum/ (both in style and color schemes) and the other one is ffvn.net/forum/ (style). I only need the skin. I've already have my own logo so I don't need it.
The skin's encoding must be in utf-8 and the over_header.tpl must be saved in UTF-8 because other wise the skin wouldn't be able to display Vietnamese.
I know that making a custom skin that fit my needs is very hard, but my budget is kind of low right now, so the price range that I am looking for is around 60 - 80 USD. However, if I am satisfied with the project, I will definately go back to order a couple more in the future.

I plan to wait until June 1st or 2nd to see if will there be any more bidders, then I'll close the bid and make my final decision.

Since I've already set my budget, it now really depends on who has the ability to make a forum skin as fancy as one of my three samples.
However, the layout is extremely modified on all of my three samples, I understand that to make a similar layout means lots of hard work. Therefore, I am willing to pay a little bit higher than my proposed budget. I just wanted a skin that satifies me.
