Demand:peer to peer connectivity allowing two-way voice conversation. This must utilize GPRS networking. for legality program must require the program to be on both devices. GPRS communication is app. 30kbs. Fast enough for support?

The project does infact require 2 way VOICE communication on a GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) networkthe connection rate it generaly around 30kb/s on most phones with good signal. The software must use the Windows Mobile 2002-2003 Smartphone OS. Plus a conversion to the Symbian 7.0 OS would be nice. This will permit communication through ALL cellphones with GPRS access and the P2P software we will offer.
Basically this will eliminate using up your cell phone minutes because of the absence long distance or other charges. In theory you will go to my site ON YOUR PHONE download the software through GPRS. then open the app. on your phone and searh for others with the same software ready to contact.over 7 years ago

Hi Adion,
This is an area we specialize in. I need more information before I can tell you what will be required to complete this project?
It’s on WinME for a Smart phone or using a connected Palm? You want to transmit voice between 2 of these devices?
Please provide a brief overview of what you want each piece of software to perform? Is it just voice data? And why not use current Networks? Let me know and we can discuss in more detail.

the budget holds no bearing, price isn't an issue. I also failed to mention this must be designed to opperate on the windows MOBILE OS. 178x220 resolution outline. Quality communication between devices are important. P2P software implemented. Hopefully a small file size is possable. PLEASE keep in mind this is the first step of a massive online software/website integrated project. A variety of other simpler programs must be incorporated in the final product.
