Project Description:

I am looking for somebody to write a blackjack primer/strategy guide for use on a web site. The text must be in well-written english, broken down into descernible logically flowing sections (these will each be on their own page).

You will have to do your own research, but the text cannot be a plagiarized version of someone else's work for obvious reasons. The attached file contains an outline broken up by section that I would like you to follow. Ideally you will provide more content than the outline asks for, but this is the bare minimum.

I will ask all bidders to submit some writing samples so that I can be assured of the quality of their writing skills.

The text must be well-researched, provide a lot of details on the intricacies of blackjack rules (and their variations), odds and how different rules affect them, strategies, card counting, etc. It is essential that the text be easily accessible to a novice - all terminology should be explained.

Listing a bunch of languages, countries and continents will not impress me, since I need english text only - but it will suggest you haven't bothered to make a bid specific to my project (or perhaps even to read it).
