Need HTML5 Website Animated

Hello We need a simple website which is in PSD to be sliced and make into HTML5 Animated website. The animations are pretty simple hover animations when roll over buttons, when the pages are loaded it shall slide like a power point animation. The total number of pages is 7-10.
