We're looking to upgrade our magento storefront from 1.4.0.1 to 1.5.1, we're looking to do this ASAP. We have alot of extensions installed and would need to ensure these stay intact after the upgrade. Our webhost is inmotion hosting and we're running latest version of Cpanel on a dedicated server:
