Project Description:
We want to build a YouTube app that retrieves YouTube URLs from twitter (highest ranked - top retweeted video URLs) and embeds them in to an html 5 interface.

This will be done in 12 hour intervals and top 30 videos will be pulled from the API.

There will be a:
open graph page showing the videos retrieved (new and popular)
also video view page

Person bidding must be an expert in using the Twitter API.
