We are based at Manchester, UK and offer range of services however your requirements only need ASP/JavaScript programming and Databases. If you are sure its ASP then we will go for it and if its PHP we have PHP professionals as well however my point over here is to bid for what we are ready to do in next 30 days.
We only need from you all the fields for database and their relationships if any. Ofcourse we will discuss all of this. Depending on your locality we might be able to give you call services or personal visit. For all projects above $100 we need an advance payment of 10% just to be on the safe side.
