Project Description:

I need a website created which uses a database. We need a data entry screen and edit screen to manipulate the data. The data keyed in uses a series of drop down boxes or radio buttons to make customized selections regarding the info entered. We need to be able to enter info from data entry screen as well as importing from excel and using the edit screen to update the customized selections as mentioned above.

We also need a "submit your info" where we allow anyone to gain access to a similiar data entry screen where they answer the questions themselves. We are asked to "accept" before it is posted to the database to prevent unwanted info from getting on the site.

We need a end-user visually appealing screen which allows the public to go through a pool of options (customized selections) to make the choices. From that the database is searched to come up with matches. The matches are laid out in a specific manner.

We also need to tie in the database to google maps' free api software so when matches are made there are some "while you are in the area" suggestiosn can be made at the bottom of the screen based upon geography.

We need to be able to customize each entry with a set sized graphic, video and ranking on the list as well as a border or background option. Levels of features.

I have a series of websites that I like specific features from. I would like to submit those to the web programmer to have him mimick the features we like into our site.
