Receording Java Applet

Project Description:
I want to develop the following:

Clone the technology of http://www.screentoaster.com

It should be able to record the screen area selected (covering live usb cam & mic) and should be able to record the audio.

Finally it should upload in flv. After which I will put it in flash and process it further.

So I need you to develop only the java applet which will record audio and screen (should allow to record different sizes/select a region to record) it and the upload function. I do not want screen captions or anything.

I just want you to develop the part where the user can choose the size/select the location which is to be recorded and press the record button and "pause" & "stop" & "re-play" button then upload it via "send" button in flv format. User can also see the time elapsed/remaining (via time bar graph) defined by me.I will also define the link on server side where the uploaded file is saved.

I will require the complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

Also it should be functional for Windows and in IE
