Complete website required to be able to host photos which will allow visitors to browse library of images and then choose ones that they wish to use.This is being run for a charity and is not commercial.
Administrative interface and login is an absolute must for daily management of the site and images.
Finished results must be professional, functional and easy to use (for both user and administrator)
Happy to consider already built platform if developer has performed this task before.
Already have a templated website design in mind. URL will be given upon request however this is only in beta and is open to negotiation.
The ability to track who downloaded the image is desirable as well as seeing how many times the images has been viewed/download. The ability for visitors to rate images is requested.
For every file that is downloaded the visitor will be asked to include a TAG line when they print or use the file to show that the file came courtesy of our charity.
Once the visitor views the image and then selects the file to download it is then delivered as a file on their desktop rather than opening in the browser. As soon as the download is complete the visitor is then prompted to make a donation to the charity via PayPal.
The possibility of selecting multiple images to download as a zip file is also desirable.
Would consider user login option. If so then all views of images by 'guest' or 'anonymous' would need to be watermarked.
Example sites are istockphoto and dreamstime however we appreciate for the available budget it will not be that complex but the basic underlying idea is what is required.
The winning provider will be expected to prefer long term support for this project however this will be paid on a per incident basis and a pre-arranged fee.
Current hosting is via IIS and can only use ASP / MS Access DB although we intend on migration to IIS with ASP / PHP and MySQL in the near future so some migration will be necessary in the next 12 months.

Thank you to everyone who has shown an interest in this project.
It has now come to light that our previous advertised requirements were possibly over zealous and superseded our requirements.
What we are looking for is more of a photo showcase rather than stock photo website.
The site in question will only host photos which belong to our charity and not from members of the public.
Interested parties will browse the photo 'album' that we have online and then have the option to select images that are available and then once downloaded they have the option of making a donation.
We still require that we can keep track of the number of times a file is viewed and how many times it is downloaded. The file dimensions and size will need to be listed against the image in a table format with no more than 15 images per page. All images will need to be automatically thumbnailed in the album table; not simply shown with different dimensions but the file actually resized to a standard width
We have also decided to host this site with a 3rd party within the UK. We have yet to take up this hosting agreement so are open to PHP, ASP, .NET, MySQL etc.
Ongoing support for the site will very much be needed so only please bid if you are willing to offer long term support.
Please review your bids and amend if necessary. If you no longer wish to be considered for the project then please actively retract your bid
