Project Description:

Needed:
1) Input RSS feed from weather.com into MS SQL 2005 based on zip and/or GPS coordinates
2) Update (new entry) weather table in SQL database every hour. Can run as a service or other ways as long as no human interaction is required.
3) SQL table and code must be flexible enough to accommodate other potential RSS feeds with minimal modification

    The database is down right now which is preventing the weather scanner from collecting stories. At last count the headlines database contained close to 229333 entries. That number will go down as the records filter removes the forecasts.

    Do you have any reliable gps-to-zip conversion service? If not, only possible input will be zip code.
