See the attached file. Users enter in their details and how much of each product they would like, and it does some calculations to add up totals. The green fields are invalid fields to enter data into.
I need someone who can do HTML, JavaScript and classic ASP.
I would like this rebuilt as an HTML form. You can alter the layout somewhat to suit the web, but it needs to have the same functionality as closely as possible. The calculations should be done via JavaScript.
When the form is submitted, it should return a copy of the completed form in HTML with all the data entered and the calculations. This is going to be sent through email to the business, however I will setup the email sending function later. For now the HTML output just needs to be stored in a variable and shown on screen.
Please show me examples of other forms you've made and tell me how you would go about building this form. There are more projects available for the winner if the work received is of a high standard.
I would like to have this completed over the next few days, before Monday if possible. Payment will be made via GAF escrow and released upon completion of the project.
