ASP.NET site rebuild exact in Joomla with Virtuemart

We have an existing website that has been built with ASP.NET. It is a small site for a telecommunications company. The site has approximately 50 products, broken down into a handful of categories/manufacturers etc, that it advertises but does not offer an online store. There is also no members area on the site where existing company customers can login.

1) We now wish to offer these products for sale via an online store that offers PayPal Express Checkout. I need an EXACT copy of the existing site to be built in Joomla with the Virtuemart module installed and setup for all the products, which will need to be entered. I expect that any additions to the site that are added because of the Virtuemart module will follow the style guide of the existing site. Is this a problem? What is your experience with Joomla, Virtuemart? What is your experience with ASP.NET? Do not say "lots", provide examples if possible.

2) We also require that you build a front-end user area where registered front-end users can see a "My Account" page. This is NOT their online shop account, this is in regards to their account with the COMPANY. It will only need to hold very basic information but there will need to be 1 PAGE PER REGISTERED USER. *Please explain how you will achieve this* I expect the new area will follow the same style guide as the rest of the site.

We will provide you with a live remote host that we use for projects such as that so that we can monitor your work as the project progresses. Are you comfortable working in this way? Following completion you will then transfer the Joomla/Virtuemart site with User area to a different host that is waiting for this new site.

We expect that all contact forms, PayPal payment gateway, EVERYTHING is fully functional at the handover.

We are new to Freelancer and are looking to establish a long-standing relationship with the right team. We have many larger and some smaller projects that we are looking to outsource so this basic project is a real test of the partnership and a good way for you to demonstrate your work ethic, professionalism, communication etc. Do you agree?
