To develop proposed application, the proposed online system should comprise the following distinct sections (Components): A customer portal – which enables the customer to purchase products or make bookings and manage their orders. It should enable the customer to simply place an order or booking and the ability to review those orders/bookings. Administration Portal: should enable the ‘fictional company' to access the orders/bookings placed, manage products/services. A Wheelchair Sales Website Backend (Server Side Development): Design and develop a database, including tables with primary and foreign keys to store and retain information about the customers and products/services and orders/bookings. Middleware: Connect to the database backend (utilising Microsoft Entity Framework) to generate the Entity Data Model and extend the classes generated to implement business rules and/or logic, such as, stock control, service/product availability, etc.… Frontend (Client Side Development): Design and develop an ASP.NET frontend website that utilises the middleware. The front end should enable customers to browse products/services available and to place orders/bookings. The frontend should also enable the store/business owner to manage the various bookings/orders and control product/service availability, including adding, editing and deleting services/products.
