Hi! We currently have two order forms on our website. (#1 - http://www.thinkanddo.us/orderbymailform.aspx) - this one allows customers to purchase a product via tiered pricing. We then have a second order form for another product (#2 - http://www.thinkanddo.us/signorderform.aspx). Which allows customers to purchase another product, but gives the options to purchase via CC, Purchase Order #, or Bill Me Options all under the same form. What I would like to do is utilize the #2 form (I have all the original files and everything) for the #1 product (hope that makes sense!). I've gotten quotes around $50 in the past for this project.
