Project Description:
We are in the wholesale bathroom vanity business. We carry a line of 40-50 models of vanities. To make our product information easy access to our customers, we've decided to make a catalog website. We also need customer log in for customer to view their customized pricing, submit shipping document, and submit purchase order. We would also need to be able to manage customer orders, customer info through a user friendly back end.
1) Catalog site front- the website is in similar concept to http://www.bathauthority.com/vanities.asp
Home page will need to look attractive, rich color theme, and clean.
The catalog will be divided into bathroom vanity, faucets, sinks. Since our main line is bathroom vanity, this section will be divided into several subcategories. The catalog page will look similar to http://www.bathauthority.com/modern_bathroom_vanities.asp, it will show a list of our items. When click into one item, it will show product information similar to http://www.bathauthority.com/eurodesign-vanity-dlvrb-101.html
2) User log in- We will need to be able to create accounts for users from the back end. The log in screen must be achieve the functions as followed:

Submit an order , I DO NOT NEED A CHECK OUT SHOPPING CART OR PROCESS CREDIT CARD, all I need is for the customer to check the item box he is buying, fill in the shipping information form, check confirm to buy box and SUBMIT THE ORDER.
Attach shipping document in PDF file and corresponding to the order
View Order History and balance
View tracking number
Open a customer service ticket (must first choose a purchased item)
3) Back end
As an admin, we will need to achieve the functions below from the back end
Back end needs to be able to edit the website, including the navigation bar, product information, product pictures with out changing the HTML codes.
Back end also needs
View customer list
Add and remove log in users
Custom price list in each log in user's account
View open orders (orders sent from customer's log in accounts)
Change order status, add tracking numbers (tracking number need to appear in the customer's log in as well)
View shipping documents attached to the specific order attached by the customer
Add memo to tickets opened by the customer, close tickets.
View customer order history and account balance. Make account balance paid.
We will provide you with hosting information, and you must finish the entire site, including add product information to the website (60 models)
We prefer to use ASP over PHP. Payment will be put into escrow. PLEASE SEND US SAMPLE WORKS YOU'VE DONE SIMILAR TO THIS PROJECT TO BE CONSIDERED. IF YOU CAN ALSO SEND US THE BACK END LINK SAMPLE, THAT WOULD BE A PLUS!!
