Project Description:
We need a webapplication that can generate video file on-demand. We have a video camera, overlooking a construction site, that takes pictures periodically and saves them to a NAS on our LAN. The pictures are named after the schema “image[DATE]-[Time].jpg”, and have a filesize around 250KB. And I need an application that runs on our website, that is hosted at a hosting company on a IIS 7.5 webserver. On this website I want to be able to choose a start date/time and an end date/time and then have a video show to me consisting of all the pictures within that time frame. I would like the video to run at about 25-30 fps. So it will show a timelapse of the construction site. And after it is done playing then just discard the video as it is not needed anymore.
In addition to this I would need some kind of application to take the same pictures and make a video every week and upload it to an account on youtube. With the same setting as the on-demand video.
