Project Description:
A program that reads image of a car number plate and display it on the screen.It then matches the car number with database.If number exist in the database it should display the message number exist else does not exist.Program should be in c#.Image processing techniques will be applied here.you have to take these things under consideration.Fully GUI based module is required.There are 5 modules of this software, i would like you to send me 1 module which i have explained you then i will tell you what to do next.
