Convert one single excel sheet to a web application

Hi coders We have one single contact management excel sheet in which we enter common data about our client. We now want to convert it to a permission based web based application. Please read the points below carefully. If you dont read these carefully and ask the same points again I will cancel your bid What is required: =================== 1) Application MUST be built in ASP.Net C# VS2008 and must use Ajax 2) Database can be MSSQL or Access ( Coders choice ) 3) All code should be commented, must be modular and use separate classes etc for data access and general functions. Proper error handling is also required. 4) The system will be permission based for 3 types of users - Super admin /admin and employee 5) Login logout mechanism 6) Add client information / update client information 7) Approx 20 Reports including searches Like : client by city / client by name / client who are contacted in last 30 days etc etc 8) In all things only simple database handling is requierd - no complexities are there More details of exactly what is required will be give to selected bids. What is not required ===================== 1) No fancy GUI required ( just use one master pages with header and side bar ) I will share the excel sheet with few choosen bidders. After the award I need it done in 5 working days NOTE : Although its a simple work But Quality is important. The application should not have silly errors. FEEL FREE TO ASK QUESTIONS Thanks AKS ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
