Project Description:
I need someone to develop a commercialize budget hotel software together with web based license control as well as an online web reservation system.
The preferred interface is Ribbon type.
The main features are:-
1. Room reservation, Check-in, Check-Out, Availability, Day Use in different color code
2. Room Inventory, Room Type, Different Charges, Room Rate (Peak, Shoulder, Super Peak, Week-End)
3. Folio Receipt, Split folio, City Ledger, Customer Database, Group Check-in, Group Reservation, Night Audit
4. MyCard Smart Card integration
5. Online room reservation sync
6. User / Group Security, Backup / Restore, Export to Excel, CSV, PDF function
7. Membership
8. Graphical and tabular Reports, Dash board
9. Calendar view of rooms
The system must able to support single user, LAN users and WAN users.
