Dot Net Nuke Website Design

We have developed the back end-engine for our website, which was programmed by a Nasdaq IT services company. We now wish to implement design elements to make the site look crisp and professional. Because the site is built in .net and dot net nuke, we need a programmer familiar with programming in this enviroment so that the design elements are incorporated into the skins that the site engine uses in displaying various site elements. We are hopeful that we can find an outstanding partner that can complete not only this project, but can work with us on an ongoing basis for additional work as content and functionality is built out. For this intial project, design will include a site / company logo and overall look and feel. Please set forth your understanding and experience working with .net and dot net nuke and any projects you have completed with that programming environment.
