Force Direcetd Graph Plotting App

Project Description:
We are looking for a Directed Graph Plotting App that will:

1) Work in a Web Environment (Windows and/or Linux)
2) Works with Force Directed Graphs and supports Algorithms.
3) Has API support
4) .Net and ASPX application integration (what we are using for our applications)
4) Is able to output in Image formats, PDF and/or HTML (also batch processing in background).
5) Is capable of printing in AO size paper.
