Design and technical requirements for [url removed, login to view]

1. Design and layout of the form. (There is 1 form divided into 3 pages. Please see attached word file for basic art direction.) This part of project has already been started but still needs work. (see following links for rough design of the form.)

In addition to the 3 page form, there is a ...”Searching page" that I want to look like travelocity or similar where visitor gets the impression that once they submit form (after page 3) we dynamically search our "database" of insurance agents. (currently we only have one - Oxonia Insurance)

During the 5 to 10 seconds of "searching" I want to use the questions on page 4 to occupy visitor and prepare them for being contacted by agent. Then we have the "search results page" page 5. Success! This will be our *confirmation page.

2. Additional pages to be designed:

In addition to the 5 pages above, I will need the following pages:

Home page with content and a search box (please see [url removed, login to view] for a better idea. The goal through the entire site is to get visitors to convert to a lead. All content pages need to link back to page 1 of form.

• We will need an affiliate program page for other websites that want to earn commissions by driving traffic to our site. (content to be provided)

• Sitemap for the search engines.

• Contact us page

• Glossary resource page (example: [url removed, login to view] )

• Several additional pages of content for SEO purposes.

• Site map

3. Site requirements:

Site and form will need to be coded in either ASP or .NET

Will need to be SEO compliant meaning we can't use commonly used templates. Also will need to have title tags and meta-tags. Certain pages such as page 2 and 3 of form will need to have [url removed, login to view] to prevent search engines from spidering. (I can provide more detail on this if needed. This is very basic.)

4. Integration of a CMS Solution

We will need a Content Management solution (CMS) to be integrated so that we can easily add new content pages for SEO purposes. Over the next 3 months we will be adding 100 plus pages of SEO content pages. All pages need to get visitor to convert to a lead. (All paths need to lead to page 1 of form. see [url removed, login to view] again as example.)

5. Data Verification:

The business model for the site is lead generation. We will be paying other websites (affiliates) for each lead form completed. As such, we want to make sure we are paying for a good "verified" lead that we have not already paid for from another lead vendor.

We will need to set up some kind of API so that we can verify that we have not already received and paid for the lead from another site and/or lead vendor. If the same email address or phone number is already in our database, then lead should not be accepted. This should be for leads that have come in over the past 60 days. Will need to be updated in real-time.

Additionally, we can not accept more than 2 leads from the same IP address in the same period, 60 days.

Lastly, with regards to verification, we will need to verify that contact info is being typed in correctly against the USPS database. At the very least, the zip code should correspond with the correct state and city/town. If not, visitor will need to be prompted to correct mistake (usually done in red, can supply some samples if this is not clear.)

6. Tracking

Site will require 3 different sets of tracking to be installed and tested.

1. Urchin stats so that I can view all aspects of traffic

2. Google Analytics So we can track Google PPC and run other analytics reporting

3. Commission Junction Affiliate Tracking. Similar as above in terms of JavaScript on landing pages and tracking pixel on the confirmation page.

With regards to Commission Junction (CJ), we will also need to have the ability to create a batch file daily that can be sent to CJ reporting on leads that have met our criteria and that we are willing to pay for. CJ PID (CJ tracking code which is passed in URL string) will need to be passed along with a corresponding lead ID #.

A second file for "sales" will need to be uploaded to CJ daily. This will require integration with current teledirect system so that we can report on agents success in having lead complete detailed over the phone application.

I will provide the CJ Integration Guide and will be available to answer any questions and deal with any issues regarding integration of CJ.

7. Writing of Cookies

If visitor starts form and then leaves, we need to set a cookie so that when visitor returns, they will return to the page they left off from with their previous answers already populated.

8. Design of ad banners

We will require 10 really good ad banners of various sizes to launch the CJ Affiliate program.

3 468x60 banners

3 120 x 60

2 125 x 125

2 160 x 600 skyscraper

9. Design of HTML email templates 1

I will require a good html email document to recruit affiliates. Should be done with look and feel of the rest of the site once developed.

Please provide a detailed proposal providing cost as well as time frame.
