I am looking for an experienced company/individual to develop an online” eRecruitment” tool. Needs to include Recruitment Management, Applicant Tracking System, Customer Management, eCommerce, Consultant Management plus more. It will include the front end website plus secure admin area.
Initially this will be released in Australia, but future releases to UK, USA, EUR etc are expected. Must be able to cater for multiple regions.
One of the key aspects and differentiating factors of what I am looking to develop is the ability to post job vacancies to a large number of external job boards (multi job board poster, see Broadbean as an example) and in turn collecting all applications from these sources back into one manageable database. Within this database my customers will login and manage each vacancy, or have one of my consultants manage it for them.

The site must be fully setup for eCommerce (shopping cart, credits, invoicing, payment gateway etc making full use of auto functionality).
The critical aspect we are looking for in the software is the ability to separate customers and candidates, meaning that customers can only see candidates that have applied to their vacancies while our users have the ability to see all applicant with in the system. Some strict user permissions will apply to this area of the software.
Full SEO must be included and implemented. Full graphic desing must be done to a professional standard, this is very important that the design looks professional. Looking for a simple easy to navigate system. Ongoing support is a must, host for first year of operation would be of interest also. Must provide for secure login.
You must be able to show previous work of a similar size and nature.
