Prepare Software for Commercial Distribution

Dynamic Concepts Development Corp. is a leading custom software development firm that has been delivering high quality product to our clients since 1984. We are currently in the process of organizing our vast library of code into a set of developer toolkits and standard applications. In order to accomplish this a number of items must be addressed, and this is where we are looking for additional resources. Unless otherwise specified all code is C# and .NET 3.5. The specific items we ae looking for include: 1) Complete Reference Documentation. This is to be done using XML comments in the code and processing this information through SandCastle. 2) Complete "User" documentation. This should include all of the items typically found in this type of document. 3) Full Visual Studio 2008 based Unit Tests 4) Sample Applications and Tutorials 5) Packaging and Marketing Material. It is anticipated that this work will be divided among multiple sellers depending on area of expertise. This specific project will be a "Proof of Capability" using one of our smallest toolkits. Prospective bidders must supply a small sample of their work in the category for which they are bidding. Multiple sellers may be selected for each category. Sellers who deliver top quiality work will recive first bid rights for future work in that category. ## Deliverables 1) Deliverables must considtant with "top quality" standards for the category they represent. 1a) Documentation must be in well written English. 1b) Reference documentation (XML Comments) must be complete for all applicable items (Classes, Methods, Properties, Fields, Events) 1c) UnitTests must achieve 100% code coverage, unless specific blocks are identified by Dynamic Concepts Development Corp. to be excludable. 1d) Samples and Tutorial but have "top quality" visual appearance. 2) All sellers must sign a non-disclosude agreement (NDA) before recieving actual source code. Violations of the NDA will be prosecuted to the fullest extent by law. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Any legal disputes which can not be resolved by arbitration will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, and shall be addressed in the courts of said location. ## Platform The code is all targeted towards Microsoft Windows Platforms running the .NET framework. Code may be Class Libraries, Console Applications, System Services, Desktop (GUI including WPF) applications, Web Applications (ASP.NET including AJAX), and Web Services (ASP.NET including WCF)
