Project Description:
I will need to create a Custom Form on Sharepoint that includes (checboxes, area to type text, etc) the Form needs to go through different stages and get approved by different departments each time it is assigned. Each time it needs to send notification when it is assigned to a particular person. Also, I have an access database that its info needs to be imported into sharepoint database.
It is Sharepoint 2010 FOUNDATION! So, please do not submit crazy bids on this project. The most reasonable bid will be awarded!
