I'm looking to build a site with the same functionality as the following site...

-Business Database organized into categories and subcategories
-Businesses listed on Google Map
-email database kept of users
-ability to send user and businesses email blasts
-Cardholder Login
--allows cardholders to change their contact info (name, address, phone, email)
--allows cardholders to get targeted messages
-Business Login
--allows businesses to update their business offers (which appear on homepage - include text, photos, logos)
--renew membership with credit card or paypal
ASP, HTML, SQL
