Online Store Link to Local MS SQL DB

We have just built a online store /catalogue. This has been built as a front-end to our local accounts system. We now need to build a link to transfer data to and from the online database. The website has been built using asp and ms sql database. The website resides online with a webhost. I would like for you to build a link to sync the data from the webhost database to the local database in my office. This must be a generic link, in other words it must be able to set it up on other sites. I need this done very quick, but very professional. The transfer method and app must be stable and provide very good reporting. Some change to the website might be required. Please no time wasters! I will require a proposed plan on document from all professional bidders.
