Project Description:
We require a web-application that would function as a freight (transportation) market. This application is supposed to connect those that want to ship something with those that are looking for shipments. It should contain all the tools that this sort of application needs to function correctly.
1. Should be very user friendly (the UI clean and intuitive).
2. There should be a bidding system similar to ebay.com or amazon.com.
3. The bidding system should be based on a membership level (Free, Silver, Gold, etc...). The more higher the level, the more priority on bids does the user get.
4. There should be payment system integration (Credit Card, Wire, WebMoney, etc...).
5. The should be a rating system also based on ebay.com or amazon.com.. with functionality like 'Complaints' and 'BlackList' etc...(the more satisfaction to the customer, the better the rating).
6. It should be heavily integrated with Google Maps.
7. It should be multilanguage (English, Romanian, Russian)

Potential bidders should be capable of:
1. Writing the Functional and Technical Specification.
2. Developing the web-site design and also the application and database code.
3. Should have already worked on this sort of project, as we will heavily rely on you opinion in both technology used and design (here reference of similar work should be presented).
