Project Description:
We want to create an employment website which shows different jobs that are available for viewing by jobseekers. There should be a payment portal , whereby people can pay to view jobs. Also there should be a front-end whereby employers can load up potential jobs. Jobs should be searchable by different criteria e.g. location/ professional / non professional jobs. Also want an email template to be created with a summary of available jobs so that people can subscribe and receive jobs in their inbox. Also want scraper to get content off other designated websites in an automated fashion.

We would specifically like this project to be developed in C#/ASP.NET, since we have an in house .NET developer who is overwhelmed with work right now, but we'd like him to be able to maintain the code in future.
