Website rework - modify an existing site

Project Description:
Our current website www.timesite.com.au is to be reworked to match the design of the attached files. There are approx 17 pages to convert. The rework should be aspx based using a masterpage. It should be web 2.0 and employ best practice using css. The image popups using easybox do not need to be changed.

We have a My Account section on the website - this will not need conversion.
