ASP Contact Forms for Web Site

I need to create, right now, two contact forms using ASP Mail for a 1and1 web site that has Microsoft hosting, not Linux. One of these forms is simple and already exists in my template. The other is slightly more complex. I need to be the one who uploads it to 1and1. Both these forms need to be hacker-resistant and set up so as to eliminate as much spamming, email harvesting as possible. I have much other work to do with the five sites we run, so the person who helps me out here can certainly work on those sites as well. The attached file has some left-over references to an earlier effort I made to deal with this, so don't be confused by that.
