Native English speaker for dissertation proofing/correcting

I am writing a dissertation/thesis on innovation technology from a business perspective (I am studying business administration, therefore it is not required to have any expertise in engineering) and need to hand in my thesis by the end of November, but I ami still finalizing some parts. This implies I will send my thesis to the freelance who is going to work with it in the next days. I'm doing it in English and although my English is great, I'm not a native English speaker. So I'm looking for someone meticulous to go through it for me - basically proofread it and even rewrite certain parts if necessary. Please be aware that I'm not looking as much for someone to correct my grammar or simple things like that (again my English is good enough) - this is a dissertation for _ACADEMIA_ - meaning you need to have experience in correcting academic writing. My reviewers will be looking at every misplaced comma, quotation, bad reference or informal assumption they can get their hands on. Also mark every place missing a reference/quote, etc. I need you to be very very thorough and work independently. This means that if you find something that sounds a bit funky and not that academic - you need to rewrite it on your own and not ask me about every little detail since I'll be preparing a few more things to turn in and will be pretty busy with that. A few references in relation to similar work you might have done in the past would ease my mind and win you a few plus points. Its a 100-page document, however with only about 50 pages of standard text (each standard page is 2275 letters spaces INCLUDED. I will send it to you in a Microsoft Word ,docx format. I will attach as well a letter sent by my professor who pointed out the deficiencies in terms of Language. IMPORTANT - any changes you make to the documents have to be made using word review / track changes functionality. I need to be able to see/approve the changes you made once you send it to me. So one week time, I think it is a pretty relaxed time span. My budget for this is max. 50€. Of course, I can make exceptions for the strictest reviewer in the world with the mouth of gold :-) Anyway what I really want to point out is that my work is of really good quality, i believe that it is not going to take long time to revise it.
