This is the 3rd part of a 3 part project, i will attach the first 2 parts for you.
The textbook used in class:
Textbook: Linda Beamer and Iris Varner. Intercultural communication in the global workplace.
Working with the issue you have researched and analyzed, in this assignment you will develop and discuss steps you would recommend for improving intercultural communication in the situation. Remember, you are the communication officer for a United Nations organization, so your recommendation should be appropriate for that organization to sponsor.
What you will turn in:
Write a 3-4 page paper discussing your recommendation for how your organization should communicate with the different sides of the issue.
In this discussion, be sure to describe your recommendation using the terms presented in the book � especially chapters 8 and 9. Be specific in explaining your communication plan.
In developing your recommendation, be realistic. Focus on one small change or step that would result in better intercultural interaction and describe and justify it thoroughly. Avoid broad, general or sweeping recommendations. You will lose points for being too broad, general or sweeping.
Be specific and detailed in your communication recommendation and rationale. Among the things you can be specific about are:
� who should be involved in the communication
� what they should do
� where and when actions should take place, and
� why your recommendation is likely to help.
In explaining why your recommendation is likely to help, you will reference cultural orientations and the values of the sides involved in the issue. Your recommendation must be grounded in your values analysis. You will also be specifically referencing the material in chapters 8 and 9.
This assignment will be graded on how specific, clear, and thorough your recommendation is. It will also be graded on how well you demonstrate comprehension of the strategies presented in the book. You will also be graded on form (including grammar and spelling).
Please be sure to cite all sources in text. Also attach a bibliography using APA style.

NOTE* you don't have to solve the issue.. Just plan some kind of event or something that would bring both sides together. Where they could socialize and get along. This would be the first steps to the beginning of trying to work things out
