We are small professional services firm with business operations in the US and UK. We have recently relocated our head office to London and are now seeking the help of a seasoned professional to comply with the required reporting to the House of Companies and tax matters.

If you are experienced in these kind of matters, possibly even with filing a consolidated tax return in the United States, we would like to hear from you and perhaps start an ongoing professional relationship with you.

    I am a financial professional and have over 20 years of experience in international banking/Fiance and accounts. At present I have been managing accounts of US and UK based companies. I am not simply at the mercy of software rather you will find a genuine accountant who can use any of the accounting and tax software. Presently I am using quickbooks and sage line 50 software for US and UK companies respectively. I am not interested in any one time project.
