Project Description:
A HK limited company applied for de-registration, the process is 60% completed.
I need you to reformat or redo all the financial documents needed to be submitted to IRD because the previous auditor did not meet the requirement i expected.

Please note that only 1 HK director shall sign all docs because the other one overseas director is unable to sign it.

The budget is US130 and only HK certified CPA bid will be accepted.
