PROCEDURES:
1. The Provider And The Receiver Execute, Sign And Initial This Agreement, Which Thereby Automatically Becomes A Full Commercial Recourse Contract.
2. Within 12 Hrs, Of The Signing Of This Agreement, The Provider's Bank Issue And Deliver A Bank Pre-Advice MT199 To The Receiver's Bank;
3. The Receiver Will Issue An MT199/799 ICBPO For Euro To The Provider As Payment Guarantee For The Swift Mt103 (One Way), Into The Financier Account Of The Provider.
4. Within 24 Hours The Provider Will Deliver Swift Mt103 One Way To The Receiver
5. Within 72-96 Hours Of Receiving The Swift Mt103 –One Way The Receiver Shall Cause His Bank To Wire The Full Payment XX % Of The Face Value Of The Mt103 To The Bank Coordinates Designated In The Irrevocable Fee Protection Agreement.
